Technical direction

For the IT Service Management platform portfolio, I helped set architectural direction and engineering standards across products supporting service management, workforce productivity, asset management, feedback, and hybrid workplace workflows.

Engineering systems

I worked on shared libraries, API design guidelines, reusable delivery workflows, deployment automation, and engineering templates. The CI/CD modernization touched approximately 100 repositories.

Operational quality

I worked on observability, service health, disaster recovery planning, dependency scanning, vulnerability remediation, and secure software delivery without separating those concerns from architecture and delivery.
